Since 1985, Leadership Jeffco has built a network of over 1,200 leaders committed to Jefferson County's future. We go beyond theory, immersing participants in community issues via candid conversations with influential figures and unique behind-the-scenes access. The program incorporates targeted skill development through expert half-day leadership workshops, featuring insights from our partner Gregg Vanourek—acclaimed author and leadership educator currently teaching executives in the Stockholm Business School MBA program. This comprehensive blend fosters significant personal growth, impactful community involvement, and high-caliber networking.

Program Essentials
- Apply: May 1 - May 31, 2025
- Investment: $1,950 (All-inclusive: covers retreat, monthly sessions, meals, materials & Working Genius assessment).
- Mandatory Retreat: August 21-22, 2025 (Essential program kick-off).
- Schedule: First Wednesday Monthly, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Sept '25 - May '26).
- Locations: Hosted onsite monthly at key Jefferson County organizations for direct insight.
